Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to any payments made to Sansu International Campus in connection with enrolment in our diploma, bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral programmes, whether via the Site, in-person or by other means.
2. No Refunds
All payments made (including course fees, deposit, registration fee, tuition instalments or other charges) are non-refundable once payment is received by us, except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.
3. Cancellation or Withdrawal by Student
If you decide to cancel your enrolment, withdraw from a programme or otherwise discontinue, you will not be eligible for any refund of fees or other payments made.
4. Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we cancel or discontinue a programme prior to commencement, we may (at our option) provide a refund of fees paid, apply the fees to another programme, or provide a credit for future study. This refund (if any) will be the maximum liability owed by us and does not extend to any other costs (such as travel, accommodation, visa fees, etc).
5. No Reduction for Non-Attendance
Unutilised portions of a programme, missed classes, incomplete modules, or termination of study mid-programme do not entitle the student to any refund or partial refund.
6. Special Appeals
In exceptional cases (for example: serious medical reasons, visa refusal, or other compelling circumstances), we may consider an appeal for refund or partial credit. Any such decision is entirely at our discretion and must be submitted in writing within [specify timeframe] of the relevant event along with supporting documentation. Granting of any refund or credit is not guaranteed.
7. Payment Methods and Credits
Should we agree to issue a refund pursuant to clause 4 or clause 6, refunds will be made to the original payer in the original form of payment, subject to applicable bank/transaction costs and processing delays.
8. Changes to Programmes or Fees
Our right to revise fees, curricula, timetables, or venues is reserved. Such changes do not exempt the student from their payment obligations and do not entitle the student to a refund.
