Day 1

3. Psychological Disorders in Childhood (1 Hour) Sub-topics: Common childhood disorders: ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, Depression Early signs and symptoms in classroom settings Understanding triggers and risk factors Teacher’s role in observation and early intervention 4. Educational Psychology (1 Hour) Sub-topics: Learning theories and their application in classrooms Different learning styles: visual, auditory, kinesthetic Motivation and engagement strategies for children Practical classroom activities to enhance learning

Day 3
5. Basic Counselling for Children (1 Hour) Sub-topics: Role of teachers in basic counselling Listening skills and empathy in classroom interactions Techniques for conflict resolution and emotional support When and how to refer children to professional counsellors 6. Classroom Behaviour and Emotional Management (1 Hour) Sub-topics: Common classroom behavioral issues and causes Positive discipline strategies Building emotional intelligence and resilience in children Creating a psychologically safe and inclusive classroom environment
